PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet which is excellent in texture and allows the use of an adhesive agent without leaving waste.
SOLUTION: The composite sheet 1 includes: a back sheet 2 and a top sheet 3 which are adhered to integrate with each other via an adhesive layer wherein a second adhesive layer 6 applied on the adhesive surface of the back sheet 2 is formed to be brindled with many scattered adhesive parts 7 having each both a width and a length of 2 mm or more the adhesive parts 7 have adhesive thick layers 7A and adhesive thinner parts 7B thinner than it and the adhesive thinner parts 7B are dotted like islands in the adhesive thick parts 7A to give a bumpy pattern. The adhesive part 7 has an acreage weight of 5-50 g/m
