We disclose antigenic polypeptides that induce the production of opsonins, in particular opsonic antibodies, and the use of said antigenic polypeptides in vaccines that are protective against bacterial animal pathogens in particular bacterial pathogens of agriculturally important animal species and companion animals and including zoonotic Gram negative bacterial species.Linvention concerne des polypeptides antigéniques qui induisent la production dopsonines, en particulier danticorps opsoniques, et lutilisation desdits polypeptides antigéniques dans des vaccins qui protègent contre des pathogènes bactériens des animaux, en particulier des pathogènes bactériens despèces animales importantes au plan agricole et danimaux de compagnie et notamment des espèces bactériennes gram-négatives zoonotiques.
