PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanting machine in which a trouble due to seedling jamming can be suppressed to the minimum when the seedling is transferred from a seedling supply unit to a seedling planting tool.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanting machine includes a seedling supply unit 24 including two or more seedling housing cups 2 and capable of sequentially discharging and supplying respective seedlings at a predetermined position, and a seedling planting tool 5 for planting the seedling received from this seedling supply unit 24 in the field. The seedling housing cups 2 are supported to an orbiting drive shaft 25 via a rotating table 24a so as to be sequentially movable along a predetermined circular orbit, and are provided with each bottom closure 4 so as to be openable by own weight, and also are provided with a guide rail-shaped bottom closure supporting member 32 for closing and supporting these bottom closures 4 to the predetermined position on the circular orbit and configured to enable field work traveling.
