PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily utilizable solid material (e.g. granular materials such as powder, tablets, granules) containing a treated material containing flowers of arrowroot by preventing the solid material containing the treated material of the flowers of the arrowroot (especially the dried material of flowers of the arrowroot and the dried material of an extract material of the flowers of the arrowroot) from deliquescence.SOLUTION: The solid material of the flowers of the arrowroot contains the treated material of flowers of the arrowroot and at least 1 kind saccharide selected from the group consisting of sugar alcohols and saccharides of higher than disaccharide sugar.
