The second rotating portion includes: a second rotating body having one end coupled to the support so as to be rotatable in an up/down direction a slider slidably which is provided on the second rotating body and in which an end opposite to one end on a side of the second rotating body is coupled to the first rotating body so as to be rotatable in an up/down direction and a motor for adjusting the sliding of the slider.
