A composition comprising: a particulate material in which the total available ability of the particulate material to absorb a fluid (TAFACP) is greater than zero; a fluid phase including: non-volatile component; volatile component; wherein said composition has a mass ratio R of total non-volatile components (NVC) and TAFACP, and R is from more than 0 to less than about 8.0.2. The composition of claim 1, wherein said particulate material has an average particle size of from about 0.1 to about 35 microns. The composition of claim 1, wherein said fluid phase comprises two or more different phases. The composition of claim 1, wherein said fluid phase comprises from about 1.0 to about 60.0 wt.% Of said non-volatile component and from about 99.0 to about 40.0 wt.% Of said volatile component with respect to the total weight indicated fluid phase. 5. The composition according to claim 1, in which the specified fluid phase comprises from about 1.0 to about 40.0 wt.% The specified non-volatile component and from about 99.0 to about 60.0 wt.% The specified volatile component relative to the total weight indicated fluid phase. 6. The composition of claim 1, wherein R is from about 0.5 to about 7.4.7. The composition of claim 6, wherein R is from about 2.0 to about 6.0.8.
