PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical three-dimensional image display system having improved usability.SOLUTION: A surgical three-dimensional image display system has a data carrier 2, in which surgical video information is recorded as a three-dimensional surgical operation image 6 and in which vital information 9 and a medical image 10 at the operation time are displayably recorded relative to the front side relative to the three-dimensional surgical operation image 6.
