The process of making Gabi (Colocasia esculenta) Meat balls comprising the steps washing a specified amount of gabi (Colocasia esculenta), peeling washed gabi (Colocasia escu/enta),slicing of peeled gabi, grating of sliced gabi, crushing of grated gabi using mortar and pestle, mixing the grated and crushed gabi (Colocasia esculenta) with ground meat, all-purpose flour, egg, garlic, ground pepper and table salt, moulding into circular shape, frying with vegetable oil until it turns into brown coloration.
