PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for flowers that reduces the difference of shape between a preselected bouquet and a bouquet for use in a performance and that also can make use of an advantage of flower arrangement, and to provide a bouquet using the holder.SOLUTION: The holder for flowers includes: a water storage part 11 having an opening 11a on one end side； a lid part 12 that covers the opening 11a of the water storage part 11 and that has an insertion port 12a formed in which flower stems are inserted； a connection part 14 that is provided in the water storage part 11 or the lid part 12a； and a stem-like part 13 in which a connected part 16 opposing the connection part 14 is provided.
