A method for estimating blood pressure by continuous frequency of oxygen saturation fluctuation is disclosed, the method includes the steps of: (a) projecting a red light and an infrared light in turn on human skin, in order to obtain a red light image and an infrared light image, respectively (b) capturing the red light image with a first light intensity distribution information and the infrared light image with a second light intensity distribution information for at least a predetermined time (c) calculating the oxygen saturation value by using the first light intensity distribution information and the second light intensity distribution information (d) repeating the steps (a) to (c) (e) transferring the changes of oxygen saturation value into the frequencies of oxygen saturation fluctuation and (f) establishing the value of blood pressure by the frequencies of oxygen saturation fluctuation.本發明提供一種連續式血氧濃度波動頻率估算人體血壓的方法,包括下列步驟:(a)輪流投射紅光與紅外光於人體皮膚上,以分別獲得紅光影像與紅外光影像;(b)擷取紅光影像與紅外光影像,其中紅光影像具有第一光強度分布資訊,紅外光影像具有第二光強度分布資訊,並連續量測至少一預定時間;(c)利用第一光強度分布資訊與第二光強度分布資訊計算血氧濃度數值;(d)重複步驟(a)至步驟(c);(e)將血氧濃度數值變化轉換為血氧濃度波動頻率;以及(f)藉由血氧濃度波動頻率推估血壓數值。S1~S6‧‧‧步驟
