PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new preservation method for a biomaterial having a long storage period.SOLUTION: Provided is a preservation method containing a preservation process where a biomaterial is preserved in an aerosol atmosphere of a gas for medical use and a preservation liquid. In the preservation method, the biomaterial may be at least one biomaterial selected from a group consisting of a part of living matter, an organ and a cell. In the preservation method, the aerosol of the preservation liquid may be an aerosol fed by at least one method selected from a group consisting of a supersonic wave type, a liquid spray type, a nozzle spray type, a steam type, a vaporization type and a centrifugal type.SELECTED DRAWING: None
