PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for preventing entering of an animal according to various installation modes of the road.SOLUTION: This structure prevents an animal from entering a road facility such as expressways. The structure includes a measure 10 disposed in a part of a drain intersecting an entering preventive fence F forming a boundary between the inside and the outside of the road facility. The measure 10 has an inflow port 11 connected with a drain 40 in the road facility on the upstream side and a discharge port 12 connected with a drain 42 outside the road facility on the downstream side, and a step of a suitable height is provided between the base of the drain 40 in the road facility and the base of the drain 42 outside the road facility in the draining passage of the measure 10. In a method for preventing an animal from entering the road facility such as expressways, in the drain intersecting the entering preventive fence F forming a boundary between the inside and the outside of the road facility, a step of a predetermined height is provided at a suitable position of the drain base in the vicinity of the entering preventive fence F, thereby disabling an animal from getting over the step.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】道路の各種設置態様に応じて動物侵入防止構造及び方法を提供すること【解決手段】高速道路等の道路施設内に動物が侵入することを防止するための構造である。道路施設の内と外の境界を成す侵入防止柵Fと交差する排水溝の部分に配置される枡10から成る。この枡10は上流側で道路施設内排水溝40と接続する流入口部11と下流側で道路施設外排水溝42に接続する排出口部12を有し、この枡10の排水流路内で、道路施設内排水溝40の底面と道路施設外排水講42の底面との間に適宜高さの段差を設けた。高速道路等の道路施設内に動物が侵入することを防止するための方法では、道路施設の内と外の境界を成す侵入防止柵Fと交差する排水溝において、前記侵入防止柵Fの近傍の排水溝底面の適宜位置に所定高さの段差を設け、この段差を動物が乗り越えることができないようにした。【選択図】図1
