PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-body massage roller which does not require electricity in any place, is inexpensive, is safe, and has a small burden on both a massager side and a massager side. SOLUTION: Two stoppers 3 facing each other with an appropriate gap are attached and fixed to an intermediate portion 9 of a hollow pipe shaft 2 whose horizontal or intermediate portion is bent in a slightly V shape, and radial bearings are attached to both ends. The rollers 4 were rotatably provided so as to contact the stoppers from both ends of the hollow pipe shaft, fixed by detent stoppers 5, and grips 6 were attached to the ends of the hollow pipes.
