The invention relates to a microfluidic system for fluid specimen collection, especially blood, by means of capillary forces, and separation thereof by centrifugation, where the second end (8) of the vent channel (6) is directly connected to the capillary aspiration channel (4) inside the system, in the section between the inlet of the aspiration channel (5) and the first chamber (1), and where the first chamber (1) is structurally adapted so that it can be accessed by means of a standard tip for specimen collection, for example a needle or an automatic pipette tip, and that it is possible to collect the content from the inside of the first chamber (1).L'invention concerne un système microfluidique pour la collecte de spécimens de fluide, en particulier le sang, au moyen de forces capillaires, et leur séparation par centrifugation. Dans ce système microfluidique, la seconde extrémité (8) du canal d'aération (6) est reliée directement au canal d'aspiration capillaire (4) à l'intérieur du système, dans la section entre l'entrée du canal d'aspiration (5) et la première chambre (1), et la première chambre (1) est structurellement conçue de telle sorte qu'elle peut être accessible au moyen d'une pointe standard pour la collecte d'échantillons, par exemple une aiguille ou une pointe de pipette automatique, et qu'il est possible de collecter le contenu à partir de l'intérieur de la première chambre (1).
