The tilianin loaded oxidation response nanomicelle is prepared from 0.1 part to 0.5 part of tilianin, 1 part to 15 parts of amphiphilic poly(propylene sulfide)-co-poly(ethylene glycol) copolymer (PPS-PEG copolymer for short) carrier material, 0.02 part to 0.05 part of organic solvent and 1 part to 15 parts of ultra-pure water (UP water for short). The tilianin loaded oxidation response nano-micelle and the preparation method therefor in the present invention have small particle diameter which is 60nm to 130nm.
