The invention relates to a surgical guide for the placement of dental implants, intended to guide a surgeon during the drilling of a patient's bone bed, prior to the placement of an implant as part of a procedure involving the replacement of one or more teeth. The surgical guide essentially comprises: a handle (1) having a hole (2) at at least one of the ends thereof； and a drilling adapter bush (3) which is connected to the handle by means of the hole (2) and which is equipped with a circular through-hole (10) of constant diameter, allowing the tight-fitting passage of a burr (13) during the drilling operation, said bush also comprising a first portion (7) that is connected to the hole (2) in the guide handle (1), and a second portion (8) that can be friction-fitted to the inner diameter of a guide hole (4) in a ferrule (5). The invention also relates to a tool used for mounting and removing the adapter bush (3) on/from the handle (1), formed by a support (15) and a tamper (19).La guía quirúrgica para la colocación de implantes dentales de la invención tiene por objeto guiar al cirujano durante el fresado del lecho óseo de un paciente, previo a la colocación de un implante dentro de la operación de sustitución de una o varias piezas dentales, comprendiendo básicamente un mango (1) que en al menos uno de sus extremos presenta un orificio (2) y un casquillo (3) reductor de fresado que se une al mango a través de dicho orificio (2) y que cuenta con un agujero pasante (10) circular de diámetro constante para permitir el paso ajustado de una fresa (13) durante la operación de taladrado, una primera porción (7) que se une al orificio (2) del mango (1) y una segunda porción (8) susceptible de ajustarse por fricción al diámetro interno del orificio de guiado (4) de una férula (5), y donde además se describe una herramienta utilizada para el montaje y desmontaje del casquillo (3) reductor en el mango (1) compuesta por un soporte (15) y un pisón (19).
