The present invention relates to a soil sterilizer comprising: a digging unit for lifting soil between supporting units a transfer conveyor for transferring the soil backward at the rear end of the digging unit a driving unit for recirculating and operating the transfer conveyor installed on one of the supporting units a steam generator and a near-infrared ray device positioned between the supporting units and a power transmitting unit for receiving power from an agricultural machinery installed at the front end of the supporting part, such that the conveying conveyor can be circulated by the driving unit to move the soil pulled up by the digging unit backward while spraying steam to the soil conveyed to the steam generator, and irradiate near-infrared rays to sterilize soil microorganisms. According to the present invention, the soil sterilizer can be easily moved to various places to sterilize the soil which can be uniformly spread by the transfer conveyor, and the steam and near-infrared rays are uniformly irradiated on the whole soil to promote entire microbial sterilization.
