PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superfine bubble generating apparatus generating superfine bubbles of small particle sizes with a simple method, having high durability and saving maintenance cost.SOLUTION: The superfine bubble generating apparatus 1 includes: a motor 2； a rotary shaft 3 connected to the motor 2 and having a passage 31 inside the rotary shaft at a center part； at least one or more rotary bodies 4 not relatively rotatably provided to the rotary shaft 3 at the lower part of the rotary shaft 3； rotary blades 5 provided at ends of the rotary bodies 4 and composed of a high density composite body； a crank mechanism 6 converting the rotary movement of the rotary shaft 3 into the reciprocation movement； and an air cylinder 7 connected to the rotary shaft 3 via the crank mechanism 6. The motor includes an inverter 23 changing the rotary speed, and the sliding speed of the air cylinder 7 is made to correspond to the rotary speed of the rotary bodies 4.
