PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection module group and a solid state preparation inspection method, capable of enhancing/reducing an appearance inspection capability for a solid preparation.SOLUTION: An inspection module group 1000 is constituted by a plurality of inspection modules 100A, 100B, 100C for performing an appearance inspection on a solid preparation T, the inspection modules being coupled in one direction. Each of the inspection modules comprises: an appearance inspection unit for performing an appearance inspection on a solid preparation and a transfer unit 102A, 102B, 102C for transferring a non-defective solid preparation in the one direction.
