Though a variety of preparation forms can be selected, an internal medicine is particularly preferable. The dosage depends on the purpose of use, age, body weight, symptoms, therapeutic effects and the like, and is 0.02-500 mg/kg body weight, particularly preferably 0.1-300 mg/kg body weight. The agents act on obesity multilaterally to exhibit excellent improving effects, and are therefore useful for pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs, foods, cosmetics and the like used for the purpose of prevention and amelioration of obesity and life style-related diseases associated with obesity.
