PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage unit having a plurality of first therapeutic fingers and capable of giving a clamping massage close to a shoulder massage with human hands.SOLUTION: This massage unit includes: a chassis 12 a massaging motor 14 disposed at the chassis a massaging shaft 20 which has a spindle 21 journaled to the chassis and rotated by the massaging motor, and oblique shafts 25 disposed at the left and right of the spindle and inclined to the shaft core of the spindle and the first therapeutic fingers 30 each of which has an arm section 31 formed with an engagement hole 32 rotatably fitted around the oblique shaft, tip end pressing elements 33 disposed at the tip end of the arm section for massaging the affected part of a person to be treated, and an angle regulating member formed at the base end of the arm section and engaged with the chassis to regulate the integral rotation of the arm section with the massage shaft.
