PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new-construction route creating device and new-construction route creating program, which does not require designers experience and intuition acquired through years and can design a new-construction route so that it is securely connected to an existing road network, in designing new-construction route.SOLUTION: The new-construction route creating device which creates new-construction route to be connected to an existing road network based on forest management system in forest and forestry comprises: via-point setting means for renewing forest resister of an object region where a new-construction route is to be created, with respect to growing condition by growth model of the forest and for setting a via-point according to priority of the management system, to the renewed forest resister new-construction planned route setting means for setting a plurality of new-construction planned routes so that they pass the via-point from the existing road network and new-construction route searching means for searching the new-construction planned route which requires minimum opening cost, from the plurality of new-construction planned routes and for determining the route as a new-construction route.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】新設経路の設計において、設計者の長年の経験と勘を不要とし、確実に既存路網と接続するように新設経路を設計することのできる新設経路生成装置及び新設経路生成プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】森林、林業における森林の施業体系に基づき既存路網と接続する新設経路を生成する新設経路生成装置であって、新設経路を生成する対象地域の森林簿を、森林の成長モデルにより育成状況を更新し、更新された森林簿に対する施業体系の優先度に応じて経由地を設定する経由地設定手段と、前記既存路網から前記経由地を通過するように複数の新設予定経路を設定する新設予定経路設定手段と、前記複数の新設予定経路から開設コストを最小とする新設予定経路を探索して、新設経路に決定する新設経路探索手段とを備えるようにした。【選択図】図1
