PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately check a blood pressure state by extracting a specific blood pressure measurement value from information on a plurality of blood pressure measurement values and easily determining the type of a user from various types of high blood pressure.SOLUTION: A blood pressure measurement device stores blood pressure measurement information associating blood pressure values with measurement condition information and stores reference value information associating a plurality of blood pressure assessment items with reference values thereof. When measured blood pressure values of each measurement are compared with each of the reference values of the reference value information and a measured blood pressure value exceeds any of the reference values, there is generated extraction information that associates the blood pressure measurement information of the measurement, inclusive of the measured blood pressure value exceeding the reference value(s), with the blood pressure assessment item(s) for the reference value(s).
