PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing a rice slurry with which the dispersion of rice particles (rice slurry) obtained by wet crushing rice can be produced efficiently.SOLUTION: In a device 1 for producing a rice slurry, a rice crusher 20 wet crushed rice which has been immersed in water for 1.5 to 6 hours by using a stone mill 21 to produce a rice slurry 51. A crusher 30 crushes rice particles in the rice slurry 51 by using a stone mill 31 to produce a rice slurry 52. A crusher 40 crushes rice particles in the rice slurry 52 by using a stone mill 41 to produce a rice slurry 53. The groove formed in a stone mill 31 has a depth deeper than the groove formed in the stone mill 21.
