PURPOSE: A portable skin treatment device is provided to enable a user to comfortably take treatment by removing bad feeling due to a thermal shock.CONSTITUTION: A portable skin treatment device comprises a case(22), a tip(26), a heating element, a light source, a hollow, and a printed circuit board. The light from the light source and heat from the heating element are selectively or simultaneously applied to the skin of a user. The tip is made of translucent bioceramics radiating far infrared rays by heat and forms a hollow inside thereof. The end of the printed circuit board having the heating element and light source is inserted into the hollow.
