The present invention relates to a surgical retractor and, more specifically, relates to a surgical retractor, which enables a surgical instrument to be easily inserted into a cut portion which is extended in a state of cutting skin for a surgical operation, and enables the cut portion to be maintained in a state of being extended by forming a cylindrical extension portion having elasticity to be hung in a fixing portion of an upper portion. According to the present invention, an extension portion made of a material having elasticity is inserted into a cut portion to form a space for a surgical operation, and as the extension portion can be easily coupled to or separated from a fixing portion to change a position thereof during surgery or easily remove a retractor.본 발명은 외과수술용 견인장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 외과수술을 위해 표피를 절개한 상태에서 절개부를 확장하여 수술도구가 용이하게 들어갈 수 있도록 하며, 탄성이 있는 확장부를 원통형으로 형성하여 윗 부분의 고정부에 걸어줌으로써 절개부가 확장된 상태를 유지하도록 하는 외과수술용 견인장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 절개부에 탄성이 있는 재질로 만들어진 확장부가 삽입되어 외과수술을 위한 공간을 형성할 수 있고, 확장부를 고정부에 쉽게 결합하거나 분리할 수 있어서 수술 도중에 위치 변경이나 견인장치의 제거가 용이해지는 효과가 있다.
