The present invention relates to a detox functional composition and a method for manufacturing the same. The detox functional composition is prepared by compressing and extracting black sesame seeds, perilla seeds, walnuts, and safflower seeds； adding the same amount of water (g/g) to each oil； inserting each mixture into a sealed tank capable of performing ultra-high temperature flash heating； performing ultra-high temperature flash heating on each mixture； obtaining a novel oil-in-water type water-soluble cooking oil； and blending each of the cooking oils obtained above. As results of confirming the effects on bee venom, burn poison, atopy, and constipation, the novel oil-in-water type water-soluble cooking oil appears to have the effects of alleviating bee venom, burn poison, atopy, and constipation. In addition, the detox functional composition has the effects of alleviating bee venom, burn poison, atopy, and constipation by using a composition containing the water-soluble cooking oil as an effective ingredient.본 발명은 해독 기능성 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 검은 참깨, 들깨, 호두 및 홍화씨를 압착추출하고 각각의 기름에 동량의 물(g/g)을 첨가하여 통상의 초고온 순간 가열이 가능한 밀폐된 탱크에 투입한 다음 초고온 순간가열처리하여 신규한 수중유적형 수용성 식용유를 수득한 후 상기에서 수득한 각각의 식용유를 배합하고 해독 기능성 조성물을 제조하여 벌독, 화상독, 아토피 및 변비에 효과를 확인한 결과 벌독, 화상독, 아토피 및 변비개선에 효과가 나타났으므로 본 발명은 신규한 수중유적형 수용성 식용유를 제공하는 효과가 있으며 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물을 이용하여 화상, 아토피, 벌독 및 변비개선에 효과가 있는 해독 조성물을 제공하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
