A vacuum generator according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a housing, a vacuum pump, and a storage battery. The housing has a top surface having a pipe terminal connectable to a suction device and a handle, and a bottom surface. The vacuum pump has first and second pump chambers housed in the housing and connected in parallel to the pipe terminal, and is installed on the bottom surface.
