Изобретение представляет собой способ получения стимулятора роста сосны обыкновенной, включающий измельчение растительного сырья и последующее его экстрагирование водой в течение 24 часов, где в качестве растительного сырья используют листья ивы козьей (Salix caprea L.), заготавливаемые на стадии активного роста листовой пластины, в фазе вечернего снижения интенсивности процессов фотосинтеза и транспирации, а экстракцию осуществляют при температуре +2 - +4°С и гидромодуле 1:10.
