A medical implant ( 1 ) for enhancing graft healing in ligament reconstruction in bone tunnels is made from bioreserbable material and has a form of a tube ( 2 ) with an axial, through channel ( 3, 3 ), wherein the wall of the tube (2) has a porous structure and comprises through perforations (4,4a) with a dimension in the range between 100 micrometres and 1 millimetre running therethrough between the channel (3,3) and the outside surface of the tube ( 2 ).La présente invention concerne un implant médical (1) favorisant la cicatrisation du greffon lors de la reconstruction des ligaments dans des tunnels osseux. Ledit implant médical est constitué dun matériau biorésorbable et se présente sous la forme dun tube (2) percé dun canal traversant axial (3, 3), la paroi dudit tube (2) étant de structure poreuse et comprenant des perforations traversantes (4, 4a) dont la dimension peut varier de 100 micromètres à 1 millimètre et qui se prolongent entre le canal (3, 3) et la surface extérieure du tube (2).
