PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advantageous characteristic that it is not necessary to frequently dose an effective medicine (one time per day, for example) while overcoming a conventional problem or at least alleviating it, and to provide a sustained release preparation of a soluble medicine obtained at an in-blood (blood plasma) level at which it is sufficed to frequently dose a small amount of medicine (two or more times per day), for example, 11-[4-[2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethyl]-1-piperazinyl]dibenzo[b, f]-[1, 4]thiazepine, or a salt permissible in terms of pharmaceutics.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by providing the sustained release preparation containing hydoroxpropylmethyl cellulose, and 11-[4-[2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethyl]-1-piperazinyl]dibenzo[b, f]-[1, 4]thiazepine, or its salt permissible in terms of pharmaceutics.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の難点を克服するか、または少なくとも軽減し、更に、有効な薬物を頻繁に投与しなくてよい(例えば1日に一回)有利な特性を提供し、一方、少量の薬物を頻繁に(1日に2回以上)投与することで達成されるような血中(血漿)レベルを達成する可溶性の薬物、例えば11-[4-[2-(2-ヒドロキシエトキシ)エチル]-1-ピペラジニル]-ジベンゾ[b,f][1,4]チアゼピンまたは製剤学上認容性の塩の徐放性製剤を提供する。【解決手段】ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースおよび11-[4-[2-(2-ヒドロキシエトキシ)エチル]-1-ピペラジニル]ジベンゾ-[b,f][1,4]チアゼピンまたはその製剤上認容性の塩を、1種以上の製剤上認容性の賦形剤と共に含有する徐放性製剤によって解決される。【選択図】なし
