The present invention relates to a dental implant associated with an artificial tooth, having a fixture forming an axial hole in an axial direction in an upper part and implanted into a jawbone (alveolar bone)； and an abutment composed of a lower coupling axis part inserted into the axial hole of the fixture in a longitudinal direction to be elastically coupled to the fixture and an upper part installing part fixing a prosthesis in the upper part of the lower coupling axis part. The present invention comprises: a corresponding coupling unit forming a hook part on all the portions or a set portion in the circumferential direction of an inner side in the axial hole of the fixture； and an elastic coupling piece having a coupling unit, correspondingly coupled to the hook part of the corresponding coupling unit formed on the inner side in the axial hole of the fixture, on a hollow tube (pipe) shaped coupling axis part formed on one side of the lower coupling axis part of the abutment. The present invention is configured to bend the coupling part, arranged on the elastic coupling piece, inward a hollow tube (pipe) and, if the abutment arrives at the final position, make the coupling part return to an original position to be engaged with the corresponding coupling unit of the fixture and complementarily elastic-coupled to the coupling part by the elastic force of the elastic coupling piece formed on the hollow tube (pipe) shaped coupling axis part among the lower coupling axis part of the abutment if inserting the abutment into the axial hole of the fixture.
