In the applicator head on the rear side of the working surface of the cartridge has a channel for installation of a dosing end of the cartridge. Applicator body extends from the head of the applicator and surrounds the cartridge. Working surface is inclined relative to longitudinal axis of the applicator and working surface is greater than the diameter of the applicator head in the area of the cartridge, thus creating channel ledge for working surface to protect users fingers against the medicinal preparation drawn to the working surface and against the medicinal preparation applied to skin.
