PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized rice paddy water level regulating device of a simple structure.SOLUTION: A rice paddy water level regulating device comprises: a cylindrical body 40 having an opening 44 on a side face a water gate part 60 which is housed in the vicinity of an opening 44 in the body 40, has a cylindrical shape with a diameter smaller than the body 20, and in which openings 64 are formed and a drive part 30 which vertically moves the water gate part 60.
