The present invention relates to a feed additive containing as an active ingredient an evening primrose extract and capable of replacing antibiotics, a feed composition using the same, and a breeding method. More particularly, the invention relates to a feed additive for replacing antibiotics wherein an evening primrose extract is included as a feed additive, thus increasing a growth performance of livestock, dry matter digestibility, and the number of lactic acid while decreasing the number of LDL-cholesterol and the number of Escherichia coli, consequently, a growth of livestock is promoted, an intestinal environment is improved, and thus, capable of replacing conventional antibiotics for livestock. The invention also relates to a feed composition and a breeding method using the same.본 발명은 달맞이꽃 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항생제 대체제용 사료첨가제, 이를 이용한 사료 조성물 및 사육 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 달맞이꽃 추출물을 가축의 사료첨가제로서 사용함으로써 가축의 성장 능력, 건조물 소화율, 및 유산균의 수를 증가시키고 LDL-콜레스테롤과 대장균의 수는 감소시킬 수 있어 결과적으로 가축의 성장을 촉진하고 장내 환경을 개선시키는 효능을 가져 종래 가축의 항생제를 대체할 수 있는 항생제 대체제용 사료첨가제, 이를 이용한 사료 조성물 및 사육 방법 관한 것이다.
