PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental implant extraction instrument that can extract a dental implant smoothly.SOLUTION: A dental implant extraction instrument 10 includes a first pin 1, a second pin 2, an angle correction member 3, a stent 4 and fixing means 5. Each central axis of a female screw part 102 and a fitted part 103 of a fixture 100 as a dental implant is positioned on a central axis O of the fixture 100.
