PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural member that can protect seed from birds and wind, does not inhibit plant growth, and also can prevent mutual interaction in the growth, and to provide an agricultural member preparation set capable of preparing the agricultural member.SOLUTION: An agricultural member 10 is characterized in that a first base material 1 is laminated with the second base material 2 and seed 3 is disposed between both base materials 1, 2. Each of the base materials 1, 2 is formed of a biodegradable resin with a different biodegradable speed. Preferably, the biodegradation speed of the base material disposed oppositely from the soil may be faster than the biodegradation speed of the base material disposed in the soil side. Also, an agricultural member preparation set 20 has the first base material 1 and the second base material 2 as another component, and for laminating and using both base materials 1, 2 after disposing the seed 3 between both base materials 1, 2.
