Problem to be solved: to provide a method of screening a substance used for prevention and treatment of an implant periarthritis, and a preventive and / or therapeutic composition.We developed a three dimensional culture system using collagen gel containing fibroblasts derived from implants and collagen gel cells implanted in collagen gel.As the result, it was indicated that the control of the collagen resolution was suppressed, and it was effective in the treatment of the implant periarthritis.In addition, the analysis of crude drug components revealed that the effect of hydroxyethyl acid on the collagen resolution of fibroblast derived fibroblasts was observed.Diagram【課題】インプラント周囲炎の予防や治療に使用する物質をスクリーニングする方法、及びインプラント周囲炎の予防用、及び／又は治療用の組成物を提供する。【解決手段】インプラント周囲炎由来線維芽細胞を含むコラーゲンゲルと、コラーゲンゲル上に歯肉上皮細胞を播種したインプラント周囲炎三次元培養系モデルを用い、インプラント周囲炎治療薬をスクリーニングした。その結果、ケイシゴモツトウ、ケイヒ、オンジがコラーゲン分解能を抑制し、インプラント周囲炎治療に効果があることが示唆された。さらに、生薬成分を解析した結果、ヒドロキシケイヒ酸にインプラント周囲炎由来線維芽細胞のコラーゲン分解能を抑制する効果があることが明らかとなった。【選択図】図３
