PURPOSE: A bird land preventing apparatus is provided to be unfolded even when the wind does not blow in an upper part of a steel tower or an electric pole and to have a circular arc shape. CONSTITUTION: A bird land preventing apparatus comprises a main body (10) and a weight (450). The main body is equipped with a wire (400) and a wire fixing unit (275). The weight is combined to the other end of the wire. One end of the wire is fixed on the wire fixing unit and dangled to the wire fixing unit in a circular arc shape bulged upward. A material used for the wire is a reinforced plastic fiber with an insulating property, elasticity, a flexibility, and durability or has a similar property with the reinforced plastic fiber.본 발명은 종래기술의 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위해 안출한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가공 송전선로에서 조류 충돌 및 배설물로 인한 고장을 예방하기 위하여 조류의 접근 방지를 위해 방사상으로 펼쳐진 유연한 와이어가 설치된 조류착지 방지장치에 관한 것이다.
