The present invention relates to a thread inserting device for a nose surgery capable of effectively lifting a nose of a patient, preventing pain and inflammation, and maintaining a natural nose. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thread inserting device for a nose surgery comprises: an inserting needle which is inserted from a nose tip of the patient to a gum direction； an elastic thread unit which is wound in a spiral shape of a predetermined pitch along the circumference of the inserting needle and is formed of an elastic thread having elastic restoring force； and a compressing pipe which is moved in a longitudinal direction of the inserting needle. The elastic thread unit is compressed in the longitudinal direction of the inserting needle by the compressing pipe to be embedded in the nose tip of the patient.
