The present invention relates to a method for producing mesenchymal stem cells with enhanced immunosuppressive effects, and mesenchymal stem cell with enhanced immunosuppressive effects produced thereby. According to the present invention, the method for producing mesenchymal stem cells with enhanced immunosuppressive effects can increase immunosuppressive activities in mesenchymal stem cells by increasing secretion ability for factors involved in tissue regeneration and immunoregulation in mesenchymal stem cells, particularly mesenchymal stem cells in the latter generation, thereby enabling production of mesenchymal stem cells as cell treatment agents suitable for zoografting.본 발명은 면역 억제 효과가 증진된 중배엽 줄기세포의 제조 방법 및 이로부터 제조된 면역 억제 효과가 증진된 중배엽 줄기세포에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 면역 억제 효과가 증진된 중배엽 줄기 세포의 제조 방법은 중배엽 줄기세포, 특히 후기 계대의 중배엽 줄기세포에서 조직 재생 및 면역 조절에 관여하는 인자들의 분비능을 증진시킴으로써 중배엽 줄기 세포의 면역 억제 활성을 증가시켜 인체 이식에 적합한 세포 치료제로써의 중배엽 줄기세포 제공할 수 있다.
