The present invention provides a structure of fishing pole holder capable of turning fishing pole, which comprises: a hollow rear tube, a hollow front tube, an inner tube, and an engagement element. In which, by pressing a button of the engagement element, the front end of an engagement sheet is released from a groove of the hollow front tube, so that the inner tube is released from engagement and is able to rotate. As a result, the inner tube and the fishing pole can be rotated while holding the hollow rear tube. After releasing the button of the engagement element, by means of elastic force of a return spring, the front end of the engagement sheet is further forwardly engaged with another groove being corresponded after rotation by the elastic force of a recovery spring to make the inner tube being engaged again and fix the fishing pole at the position after rotation.
