PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialysis apparatus capable of determining the contents of a circuit set. A dialyzer 100A is provided with a blood circuit 110, a dialysate circuit 130, a replenisher port 140b, one end connected to the dialysate circuit and the other end connected to the replenisher port, and a replenisher pump. The first replenisher line 141, the replenisher pressure sensor 140S for measuring the hydraulic pressure of the first replenisher line, and the second one end connected to the replenisher port and the other end connected to the blood circuit. A replenisher clamp 140c for opening and closing the flow path of the replenisher line 142 and a control device 150A having a first determination unit are provided, and a predetermined amount of dialysate is sent to the blood circuit with the replenisher clamp closed. After the liquid is liquid, the replenisher liquid clamp is opened, and the first determination unit determines that the second replenisher liquid line is connected when the replenishment liquid pressure drops, and the second replenishment liquid pressure is constant.
