The present invention relates to a negative ion air purification device including a front casing and a rear casing which are connected to each other. An air flow passage is arranged in the upper portion of the rear casing, and the lower portion of the rear casing is provided with a water tank. The air flow passage is sequentially provided with a negative ion generator, an air pump, an activated carbon filter element, an HEPAfilter, and a PP cotton filter screen in the air inlet direction thereof. A panel connected with the front casing is disposed on the front side of the PP cotton filter screen, and the bottom of the water tank is connected with a water pipe. A filter element capable of generating negative oxygen ions and negative hydrogen ions is disposed at the position of an inlet of the water pipe, and an atomizer is disposed at the position of an outlet of the water pipe. A second negative ion generator is disposed at the position of an outlet of the atomizer, and an electric fan that blows water mist in the direction towards a space between the PP cotton filter screen and the panel is disposed at the rear of the second negative ion generator.
