To propose a disinfection method of an ozone water disinfection machine for determining whether a detergent is input into raw water or not, without arranging a sensor newly.SOLUTION: Cleaning disinfection treatment operation of an endoscope 10 by an endoscope disinfection machine 1 has detergent cleaning operation (step ST12) for detergent cleaning the endoscope 10 by cleaning water generated by injecting a detergent into raw water, and a disinfection process (step ST5) for disinfecting the endoscope 10 by ozone water generated by injecting ozone gas into the raw water. In the detergent cleaning process (step ST12), an inspection light of an ozone concentration meter 45 is irradiated to the cleaning water, and presence or absence of injection of the detergent into the raw water is determined based on a signal from the ozone concentration meter 45. The ozone concentration meter 45 is mounted in the endoscope disinfection machine 1 for adjusting an ozone concentration of the ozone water in the disinfection process (step ST5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7【課題】センサを新たに設けることなく、原水に洗剤が投入されたか否かを判定するオゾン水消毒機の消毒方法を提案すること。【解決手段】内視鏡消毒機１による内視鏡１０の洗浄消毒処理動作は、原水に洗剤を投入して生成した洗浄水で内視鏡１０を洗剤洗浄する洗剤洗浄動作（ステップＳＴ１２）と、原水にオゾンガスを注入して生成したオゾン水で内視鏡１０を消毒する消毒工程（ステップＳＴ５）と、を有する。洗剤洗浄工程（ステップＳＴ１２）では、オゾン濃度計４５の検査光を洗浄水に照射して、オゾン濃度計４５からの信号に基づいて、原水への洗剤の投入の有無を判定する。オゾン濃度計４５は、消毒工程（ステップＳＴ５）において、オゾン水のオゾン濃度を調整するために、内視鏡消毒機１に搭載されているものである。【選択図】図７
