PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prime respective lines of an infusion set including a main line and lateral injection lines without causing a worker to be exposed to drugs.SOLUTION: A first on/off valve 12a, a drip tube 14, and a variable valve 17 are provided on a first flow passage 10a sequentially from a first connector 11a side to a downward connector 19 side. A second flow passage 10b including a second on/off valve 12b is connected to a section between the first on-off valve and the drip tube of the first flow passage. A priming method includes: a first step of introducing a first liquid from a first container 20a to the first flow passage to prime the first flow passage with the first liquid； and a second step of introducing a second liquid from a second container 20b to the second flow passage to prime the second flow passage with the second liquid.
