PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening method having many functions such as air purification, reduction of surrounding temperature, capture of noxious insect and spread of flavor. SOLUTION: This greening method having many functions comprises inserting a planting longitudinal pipe 2 which can be planted into an upper opening part set on a horizontal pipe which can circulate or hold water onto the bottom, blasting air from one end of the horizontal pipe 1 with a blast means, setting a net on a net discharge port, and reducing temperature and at the same time capturing powder dust and noxious insects, and on this occasion preparing an emission means if necessary.
