PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator structure which inhibits contact between a stator and a movable element with a simple structure, and to provide an oral cavity sanitation device including the linear actuator structure.SOLUTION: A linear actuator structure 2 comprises a linear actuator 1 in a housing 60. The linear actuator 1 comprises: a movable element 20 that is disposed forming a gap with a stator 10 and an output shaft 30 connected with the movable element 20 through a connection member 31 and drives the movable element 20 so as to reciprocate thereby reciprocating the output shaft 30 in the axial direction. The output shaft 30 and the connection member 31 are formed so as to elastically deform. In a through hole 63 of the housing 60, a buffer member 64 is provided forming a clearance d2 between itself and the output shaft 30 so as to contact with the output shaft 30.
