PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable formation of a needle tube and a syringe integrally by insert molding while reliably supporting and fixing the needle tube with a chuck member.SOLUTION: A syringe 1 with a needle comprises: a needle tube 3 having a needle tip 3a at the tip, which can puncture a living body a syringe 2 formed integrally with the needle tube 3 by insert molding and a cap 4 attached to the tip of the syringe 2.
