The present invention relates to a tissue ablation and resection . A pair of electrodes are disposed opposite the tissue surface , the radio frequency power is applied through the electrode is cauterization of the tissue mass therebetween. After cautery is made effectively , tissue may be resected to a minimum the blood along the surface in the ablation area .
